 Enterprise Corporate Finance  ("Enterprise") is an independently owned FSA regulated business that offers objective corporate finance advisory services to predominantly unquoted UK companies.  Enterprise has developed significant expertise in the EIS which it has deployed over its 16 year history to help companies match up with investors.  Its MD, Susan Phillips, is a recognised expert in the EIS and sits on the Board and Council of the official trade body, the EIS Association www.eisa.org.uk.  Established in the early 1990s, Enterprise is based in London with a team of 10 and a long track record of working at a senior level with clients.  Enterprise has a strong reputation for working with entrepreneurial businesses and targets companies that are valued at between £1-20 million.
