Capital raising - Enterprise is well regarded for raising development capital for growth companies, particularly via the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) in which the company has significant expertise. Enterprise does not raise capital on the public markets, but specialises in arranging equity and debt finance for unquoted companies via private investors, institutions, specialist funds, banks, lending houses and other financial specialist providers, as well as through Corporate Venturing and trade alliances

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) - advising clients who are buying or merging with other businesses, or are in the process of being sold. M&A incorporates both strategic transactions and processes where Private Equity investors back management teams to acquire businesses (Management Buy Outs and Management Buy Ins)

Strategic Corporate Advice - Enterprise is not tied to any bank or to any financial product offering, which enables it to provide objective and independent financial advice to clients. As such, depending on the particular circumstances of each client, Enterprise advisers are able to advise clients against entering into M&A and capital raising exercises, if that it is not in the best interests of shareholders and to come up with creative solutions

Enterprise has a limited amount of funding available from EIS funds for qualifying companies
