Fees

Enterprise structures its own fees such that it is heavily incentivised to achieve a successful outcome for its clients, whether this be buying, selling or merging with other companies, or raising equity or debt finance.  Enterprise does not work on a contingency-only basis, and will, on a typical transaction, expect to be paid a monthly retainer, which demonstrates its clients' commitment to it and to the particular assignment under consideration.

Do not expect a 'free ride' although Enterprise works hard for its clients, aligns its fee package to success and expects to share in the rewards.
